BabyWise

Application purpose

The purpose of the BabyWise application is to help pregnant people, new parents, and their partners track pregnancy progress and day-to-day baby care on their own device.

BabyWise provides:

• Pregnancy week and day tracking from last menstrual period or due date
• A shared calendar for medicines, appointments, notes, and baby care logs
• Born-baby diary (feeds, diapers, sleep, growth) for one or more children
• A contraction timer with an informational 5-1-1 / 4-1-1 helper
• Simple reading logs and optional local reminders on this device
• An in-app Ask feature for food, medicine, symptoms, and newborn-care questions (not medical advice)

BabyWise is local-first: profile, babies, calendar, labor sessions, and medicine logs stay in the browser on the user’s device. We do not operate a cloud database of personal journals.

What is BabyWise?

BabyWise is a free web application for people who are pregnant, supporting a pregnancy, or caring for a newborn. The product name displayed to users is exactly BabyWise.

How Ask works

Ask sends your question to our Worker, which calls the AI provider you chose (for example Gemini) with a server API key. You do not paste an API key. Calendar, baby logs, and medicine data stay on your device.
